It's a vintage design. The differentials are the weak point. The price compared to modern units isn't great. It was a great truck. But there are newer more versatile and rugged trucks for less money.

i have an hpi savage i converted to electric. personally i really like it but PonkyKong is probably right. It is expensive, parts are not the easiest to find and i have blown 1 rear diff since owning for 3 years. Still one of my favourite trucks though
