I have a MRC Superbrain 969 pro. I like the charger itself, and what it can do (2 batts. at once.. discharge batteries..)
But.. it does not charge them well. It cuts off and says that it is done way before it should. (not all the time.. and more on certain packs)

I do not run electric, but I have a lot of rx packs, and I am thinking about getting into electric.. especially electric heli's.

What should I do??

what are your settings while charging? Mv and Volts? Using the wrong Mv ssettings will give you false peaks.

also if the packs are nicd you need to discharge them first.. so they dont develope a memory..

It does, I have the same one. I also mainly charge Rx packs with mine. Tac have you tried using 5mv per cell? If the pack is nicad you will need a higher cutoff rate.

On my Turbo 35 .03 seems to be a good overall setting.
Play around with your peak detection and see what your settings are.

I use the .5mv selection. It is what the manual says. It works ok some of the time. I have called MRC about this too. Oh well... I might sell it and get the ice charger or triton.

Look into getting the Pulsar Competition. That was the first charger we invested in and it has never let us down. You will need a 12v power supply though.

IF you can afford it and the purchase is justifiyable for your r/c needs, the Turbo 35 is a very nice unit.
