Well I was wanting to get my daughter a Traxxas Monster Mutt for her birthday next month, but decided to wait because we're having family visit and will be spending some $$ on sight seeing. That has now changed though, the HS near me had a Mutt that wasn't selling so they started parting it out. I asked the guy how much would he sell it for and he told me £40 ($60ish), all it needs is motor/esc, trx/rx, rear arms and hinge pins. You can't get that kind of a deal from the chop shops on ebay!! I will be grabbing a HPI 15 turn motor and some ESC (can't remember the brand) to make it RTR, I'll be walking out the door with brand new Monster Mutt (with box/paperwork) for £75 ($115) and it'll only need me to throw a Spektrum rx in it and bind it to my daughter's DX3C.

They need to pressure wash it. It looks old the way it is.

Absolutely! You know someone must have spent over a month building it, and now they just let it sit out in the weather. What's WRONG with those people?

Went to London again, I need to stay there more, maybe some of the money will end up in my account. I counted at least 10 Bentleys, a few Rolls, a Maserati or two, a Ferrari and a Lambo as well. I don't even bother counting the bad ass Mercedes, Audis, and Porsches...I think those are for the poor people of London.

Man, your photography skills are great

I love great photography, and have been enjoying many of the fine pics you have kindly shared with the forum friends.

You seem to have warmed to the move very quickly, and are enjoyng your life over there, much like a bloody Tourist would, which I think is pretty cool!

Thanks for the updates and interesting views, that you folks are enjoying for real everyday.

Looking forward to many more, of your memorable experience.

Chas

I need to work on getting some more pics up, we've been to a few castles and I've also got some of a Jousting event at one of them.

Here are a few pics, I'll get some more in here soon.

The most misidentified bridge, I bet you're thinking the wrong name.

There are so many places in the world I'd love to see, and many that I could probably live in, but for one thing; gun control. Firearms are such a core part of my life, I'm pretty much stuck right here (and limited to about 35 states). Would also kill me to be stuck driving foreign cars (even if they're "domestic" due to location).

Having said that, I am still a bit envious of those who have traveled much and even lived abroad.

Thanks for the pics, Schrode!

London is on the top of my list if i ever get to travel oout of the country, i would like to spend about 2 monthes over there and take in the sights.Nice pics schrode.

I got a layover there many years ago. They wouldn't let us out of London/Gatwick Airport. We were on our way home from the first Gulf War and were heavily armed.

Why is the tour bus in the first pic driving into oncoming traffic? ;)
It was a woman driver. :whhooo:

I do miss my guns, they do have a few shotgun ranges around here though. You can actually bring American cars over here, getting the parts is a littler harder though. We really need to get passports for my kids and myself, then we can really start seeing Europe.

Norwegian Air actually just started flying into Gatwick from the States and to get Americans to fly with them, they have pretty good prices.

Great pics, I'd love to go over with my camera gear for about a month. A lot of the architecture is amazing.
I can give you my address and you can send me your gear, I'll send it back after a month. :hehe:

Here are some from Warwick Castle.

This little turd stole my son's cracker, twice, and then stalked him until we left.
