just got my Mayhem in from UPS..!!

can't wait to get home and get the hyper 8-port boost chamber motor in and my 5945's in it..!!

wow you have brown coloured wheelhubs : are they hardened ?, what brand?

So what motor is better, the Werks .26 or the .21? I already have a JR FM radio and servos, but no motor. I can't figure out wich is a better decission, the RTR w/ the .26 and radio (I can just sell my older radio), or the ARR with .21 and no radio. It seems like the RTR is the best bang for the buck, unless the .26 is junk.
 
I would go for the ARTR with sh.21 motor and pipe
motor is fine normally , pipe is legal, fine quality
pro chassis has better parts

I just bought a used Mayhem RTR, it should arrive on Wednesday. Any particuler mods I should make. the .26 has about a 1/2 gal or less thru it. Would that be considered broken in yet?

Thanks foe thr reply.So you figure the motor is already broke in. I geuss I'll tune it for performance after a test run or two. That video is taking a long time to download.
 
i saw 2 at 1 of the tracks couple wks ago while runnin my storm pro. i was very impressed by it and told the 1 guy how impressed by it i was.

they have a website (no i'm not lookin 2 buy hehe)

i have a 8-port hyper to put in mine, but am having problems making it "fit"...mounts need to be longer...maybe i need to get new mounts and drill/tap new holes at the very back of the mounts?
 
How good is the .26 for racing? I hear its great for bashing, and since my track doesn't require you to have a .21 I don't mind racing the .26 until I get my .21 RG.

Just picked up my RTR Mayhem today..It is my 1st buggy and I can't wait to get it started and broken in :)

I have a question..that blue anodized piece that comes in the little baggy with tools..is that a fuel filter? Where does it go?
