So I figured since the .28 model was discontinued the parts for the .28 will become harder to find. Are the .28 and .30 OWB's the same? Or is there some other aftermarket OWB that'll work? It's the type of OWB that is behind the backplate.
Thanks. :D

they all bolt in the same way and you can use your clutch take the clutch off and see what type of shaft you have. JT

I'm not sure I understand? Are you saying I can use any OWB and it'll work for my engine? I have a spare OWB for the LRP, but my roto start eats them up quick, so i was wondering if I could use a different type.

no one? so basically any size similar to the lrp owb should fit?

Well, the Losi 454 is supposed to be a clone of the LRP28S3.
The 454 uses this bearing for the OWB: http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=LOSR1043
Not sure if you want to risk it and spend the $16 on it to try.

The LRP 28 and 30 both use the same bearing according to their manuals. Part #38491

if you you get a sg shaft one you can use 5x8 bearings and you can get them from avid bear for $1.00 + shipping
