Got the driver body done and dyed the wing black.

Oh, and I wanted to show you guys how nice these wheels are. They look just like machined aluminum.

Oh, and decided flames were not going to look good, so I painted the stripe on it red. There is a blue decal that is supposed to go there.

And I added the facemask. I used the decal reverse as a template, but also had to extend the length because the lexan had to be longer to work.

Got the head installed

Car is complete, minus decals.

Yeah, I am debating on waiting til I get the aluminum wing to decal it. Not sure yet.

I always thought so too. I like it much better black than the orange one I had, but back then, I didn't even know you could dye plastic. I'd really like to get a white cage for it. The white ones look really cool.

Thanks man. The Kyosho Legendary series is hard to beat when it comes to cool factor. Getting ready to start the Turbo Scorpion build.

Oh and yeah, the one I had in '86 was fun on grass, gravel, dirt, pavement, and even the gymnasium floor I nearly ruined with streaks from the pin tires
