This isn't the orginal vintage ultima I had, I sold that one and just received this one, I did some cleaning and shock swaps, the fronts are original 1989 Duratrax Competition golds with paperwork-the backs had the old front red kyosho shocks so I had a vintage set of aftermarket golds that I cleaned up, replaced the oil and put on (with different springs), NOS rear tires are on the way (the wheels cleaned up really nice, next is a Le-mans vintage 360ST motor upgrade (found one on ebay):

Did you have to change the shock towers for the shock swap?
I have an OG Ultima on the shelf waiting for a set too. 😎

I love the 360ST! 😍

Good luck keeping the front end down!!! 🤣
Thanks mike :) Shock towers are stock I believe, I just had to move them out to the furthest mounting holes is all and yeah the 360st was a steal, it hasn't really ben ran and sat on the bench for the last 20 years-I'm excited and will be doing wheelies haha

I think the orig red shocks are shorter than the golds... its been a few since I looked all that stuff up. 🤷‍♀️
I can't wait to hear how you love it with the 360 in there! 👍😎
