hey i forgot to ask, when you put the larger tires on did they run your shock? i had one tire that kept rubbing my shocks and i had to swap them out for another set

Nice rig ,

But I'm gonna have to ask that you give my name back to me now !!! LOL
Hey Jim Davis,

Well I'm Jim Duarte and I've been that since 1950, so... I used to use "jimmyd1050" but I figured I was getting a bit old for Jimmy. Plus, the only one that used to call me Jimmy was my Mom and she's been gone for a bit over 9 years, so! I love your Spint Car, btw... used to watch real ones (well, asphalt Super-Modifieds built just like them) up in Epping, NH when I was much younger, at Star Speedway.

Well, it's like this... I can't seem to get the thing off the bench to give you an answer to that question!
 Having a bit more difficulty than I thought with the lift, but "slowly but surely" - getting there! 🤞🙏

Star is still running! I drive by it sometimes. 😁
Not bern to a race there in decades tho. 😐

Absolutely beautiful. Of the 4 or so we got on here, everyone gets silver for some reason. I'm digging the bumpers.
Howdy Chubaka!

The reason mine is silver? I ordered mine on October 27, 2024 and it was the last one available, in any color (which just so happened to be silver), anywhere in the USA! It was at RC Hobby Explosion in McKinney, TX and I got lucky and bagged their last one - no more arrived in the US for almost 2.5 - 3 months, if you recall. Folks were screaming!!! I immediately designed a new paint job and ordered a clear body/bed kit (which is still sitting in my shop waiting to be painted!
 The picture is of a T-Shirt I had made - The H10 Optic is already painted...

i feel ya on the name jimmy only person to do that to me was my grandmother and she passed 2 yrs ago. As far as racing I find oval much more challenging and the racers in my opinion tend to be more helpful with information. and as far as the real racing goes, after my 20 yr army career I went to work for Don Schumacher racing. I was on the army car, was the tire/clutch guy for Tony Schumacher during the last season of the army car.
