Is it just me? I mean am I the only one that finds these younger kids stupid beyond belief?

I was in a fast food place grabbing a quick lunch on my way home from Christmas shopping. These three gangsta wannabes walk in the place and immediately start hollering at each other and being generally obnoxious. One of them tries to put some moves on lady there having some lunch with her kid and her husband or boyfriend. Another stands beside him and tries to intimidate the guy with her (He wasn't really intimidating at 5'3 and 110 lbs). The last guy was the one that really got me P.O.ed. He was wearing a hoodie with saying on the back, "Make War Not Love." WTF????????????? We were less than a half mile from a major Air Force Base and this cretin wears a statement like that??????????? What kind of drugs is this burn out doing?????????? I bit my tongue and walked out hoping that i could leave the parking lot without losing my cool and going back in there and starting a riot.

So what do you guys think?

Yeah, a LOT of kids today are that way. I'm appalled at how some of them act. I was hoping you were going to say you stepped in and helped the family out. Easier to say since I'm not there,but I think I would have. I'm getting a lot bolder in my older age.

A lot of the kids here are also dumb as a rock. My little brother is one of them. Thank god he lives 6 hrs away. Most of the little punks don't know what it means to work and earn something they would rather rob you and act like fools. Their parents would rather be their friend that do their job and be a parent. I was raised with the fear of death and I turned out just fine.

I just want to grab them and shake them! Their parents too! Parents these days more and more are lacking to teach their children anything about morals, values and respect. It's sad to me that most of them would rather sit their kids down in front of the TV rather than go throw a ball or talk about anything important. I've always been told that you start teaching a kid from the time they exit the whoom and I believe in that.

^^HA!^^. Damn right. I hate to lose my cool and confrontation isn't much fun. But situations like this will eventually happen to most good folks. It's a shame, but I'm afraid that young man would have had a limp to deal with for a few months. I agree with Lessen at the same time. You just never know. But in most cases, if you crumple one, the others back right off.

my little brother is always saggin as he calls it. when we were in walmart i would pull his pants down. after 5 times he would start pulling them up. he thinks he is so tough but when you get in his face he cowers like a dog. they are all show and need a "throat punch".
