In Calif you can get a DUI on a bicycle as well. Never was really enforced until about 10 years ago. The locals had a run of stupid accidents on bicycles in Pacific Beach (San Diego) and Newport Beach, so now the cops enforce real regular especially in the summertime. 9and,no, I do not know this from personal experience!)
