So here we are. Bored. In need of a new project. I have never missed power in my infraction 6S. I dont speed run it. I bash it. And for that purpose I really think the stock 6S system is just right. But... I have spend so much time customising the look of the truck that I somehow feels that it needs an upgrade on the powertrain as well. Considering a Hobbywing Max6 G2 ESC combined with a 1650 kv EZRUN 4990SD G2 motor.

It's sensored and should be smoother. But is this simply just a waste of money since I'm not missing power right now? Need some arguments that can convince me to make the call 😂

I have a Max6 G2 4990 in my Kraton. It's stupid power. It'll wheelie at 45mph & flip over. I turned the power down & the brake because it will jump the teeth on the pinion. Fun- yes. Overkill- yeah. On 6s.
