I dont run any 540 > motor on 3 cells over, 3300kv..I can gear a 3000kv to match a 3900 KV all day long and my takeoff speed will be greater than higher KV
This statement depends on the application and the size of the track to be true. An onraod car on a large high speed track will benefit from the higher KV. Likewise, a no-prep car will also benefit from higher KV.
Do you people do any type of research on motors esc batteries?
Do some research yourself. Most RC motors top out at about 60,000RPM. A 3900Kv motor even on a fully charged 3S pack is only hitting 49,000RPMs max, which is why many manufacturers make motors in the mid to high 3000kv range that can run on 3S. The bulk of a LiPo pack is discharged around the nominal voltage (which is why nominal voltage rating exists) and at nominal voltage you're only pulling around 43,000RPM giving even more headroom to run 3S. You have to choose the right application, tune gearing, and watch motor temps, but that's always true.
That being said, some high 3000's KV motors might not be designed to run 3S, so the OP should consult the manufacturers ratings to be sure, but just because you don't run 3S on high 3000's KV motors doesn't mean others can't. So, while it's possible that a specific 3900kv motor might not be designed to run 3S, most are.

@alex16 A red flashing light on an ESC generally indicates low voltage cut-off. Since your batteries are new, and it's happening right after you start trying to run, it's most likely a faulty ESC. That being said, also make sure you don't have anything plugged in backwards or in the wrong place, etc. I seem to recall reading on here somewhere of a person that was having some sort of issue with his electronics, and it was because he had something plugged in backwards or wrong. I'm betting it's a faulty ESC though.
