I'm taking my .223 with me and see if I can teach a coyote some manners.

Worked on rear end of my Focus. Brakes that turned out to be ok. Cleaned up the shoe and drums and reassembled! 🤣 I have a new brake job on the shelf for next time I guess!
I retorqued the axle nut and I think it adressed the high speed vibration.
I took off the rear jounce bumper from the shocks. It rides normal so the bumpers were too long.
I'm cutting them way back. The car rides perfectly with out the bumpers.
I painted the other side of my backing plates and the hardware for my Envoy axle.
Getting stuff done!!!

I installed the decal on the headstock I painted.
I'll start the clear coating in the morning and then wet sand and polish after a few days.

I have finally fallen back in love with my guitars and can't get enough of them.
I can't wait until my new Tele gets here next week. I already have a new neck picked out for her and
I'll buy it Wednesday.

Spent several hours doing yard work on a beautiful day. Now is time to chill a little.

Uncle used to have a bon fire at his house back in the day. Miss those days. He doesn't have it anymore. Also miss the days of the "backyard wrenching and tuning on your project cars". Well my uncle still works in the yard. But most of his friends moved into shops and/or started a business with it.

That's too bad. I don't hang out by the firepit like I used to. I used to enjoyed winding down, at the end of the day on the weekends, just staring at the flame and nursing a few beer. It was really nice being out there tonight.

We keep getting "moderate" fire warn days so I don't burn. We have a KILLER crawler log pile out in my front yard from this past winter's fun and games!

The wife bought water based instead of oil based urethane and the decal came right off when I wiped it down to spray.
I sent her back to the store to buy oil based. It will hold the water slide down.
