I printed this mount i designed out of PC and it fits perfectly. My only concern is i need to use these stainless steel zip ties since regular zip ties wont fit under the motor and I'm not sure i trust them with heat cycles. Are there any issues with using these around the motor? anything with magnetic fields or other issues?

I can't see the SS bands being an issue I dont think SS is magnetic.
I would be more worried about the motor mount and the motor heat. What material is that mount made out of?

It's PC, if the motor gets hot enough to melt it the motor is already toast.

The can of the motor has the windings. The magnets are on the rotor, the thing inside the motor that spins. Even if the bands were iron, it wouldn’t really matter. I’d be more concerned about a band getting in contact with your motor power wires. But that is a low chance.

Wow that stuff is 260-290c nozzle temp. Id say your good!....lol
That is 500F or oven temps. Wow!

Stainless steel is usually ferromagnetic (it attracts magnets), so yes I would either redesign the mount or buy an aluminum fan mount.

There's a reason why the fan mounts for rcs are made out of aluminum, to which aluminum is paramagnetic.
