i need help engines won't start

Either way of shutting it off is fine. Plugging the exhaust will stop it quickly. Pinching the line is the same as running out of fuel. I don't stop it with the flywheel anymore because it burns the hell out of my fingertips. I once tried another method, but my tongue got caught in the spur gear.

what s factory specks... so far i can tell that it has a dinamite pipe i think... i dont know how big of a motor it is but its a revo MT 4x4 but i dont know if theres after market motor. i only have instruction books for the controlers...

when i got it st start it was at a really low RPM and then as i waited it got higher and higher... then as it got really hight i pulled the glow stick off and it died...

I'm gonna be workin on it and I'm gonna see what i can do...

Since this is an engine thread, I wanted to insert a question of my own: When the weather conditions are different, do you adjust only the HSN or both needles?

i let the glow sitck/pen on there for a LONG time and the whole stick/pen was worm to my hand... i took it out side and pulled it at least 20 times... and nottin... so it must be tuneing thats the prob. also once i get it running how do i turn it off? thanks to all who have helped...

although I'm not sure if you do it or not, the 'glow stick' is supposed to be left briefly on for about 5 secs before you pull. once its started , give it a little throttle and then 5 secs after, when it idles again, take the glow started out. make sure its in until after its started.
from what i read, i think youve left it in for ages, taken it out then tried to pulled it. its not like a diesel engine where the glow plug needs to be off before it starts. the glow plug must be connected whilst starting and then promptly taken off after its stable. if its cold, you may need to leave the glow starter on for longer.

On the side of the crankcase it should say a size. and often th engine brand. you moght want to look at that and then go on line to find the engine and look to find the factory setting for the engine neddle's.
