Welcome in @Cj 1939 , the first thing I would do is do some research and make sure there is available parts,
otherwise it's nothing more than a expensive paper weight.

Hard to tell with not much information provided about the truck or what it comes with.

That said, my concern would be parts availability. The HPI MT 1 has been discontinued for some time now. Heck even models not discontinued, it can be a little hard to find HPI parts. For that reason along would be enough to make me want to pass.

For a working rig with radio and not much else, Id say between $200 and $270 depending on the condition of the rig. Since you're the buyer, Id say go with the low end. If I was selling it, Id go with the upper end.
