How "waterproof" are Traxxas and Arrma?

You're making me twitch over here. All I can think about right now is all those poor RC's coated in nasty, dirty mud. :D
I actually had a post, either on here, or on the Arrma forum, where my Losi 22S SCT was buried in mud, but now I can't seem to find that post, but, I did find the pics of it absolutely covered in mud. @WoodiE don't look lol.

Before I ran it the first time.

My trucks actually end up like this quite often.

Someone needs to revoke your RC license.

We need to add some kind of NSFW filter. Momma mia!
I can't unsee that dirty dirty image. 😆

I'm glad you pointed that out. I've been looking at conformal coatings. Didn't even notice the MG was acrylic. I have that link you put saved in my Amain list. 👍
MG also makes silicone coating https://a.co/d/63XlN51
The one from Amain was the first hit on Google shopping.

Clean water rinses out for the most part. It will leave residue from the impurities (chlorine, fluoride, rate feces, etc) once it evaporates, which is why you should blow it out with air. Don't be shy about cranking up the pressure.

Usually compressed air and a brush will work but (I know the grief I will get for saying this) I have, and will continue to hose off my RC if needed. Spray them off with water and dry them with an air compressor. Knock on wood I've had 0 issues other than a bit of surface rust on the screws.

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
