thanks blazer. i am going to walmart tonight anyways. i will try a can.

I'm sure it will look great, but i am more concerned with durability on an 8th scale buggy.

To strip that powdercoating off the part soak it in carbclener for a little bit and scrub it off. It may take a few time but lik ethe Ano trick it works.

Powdercoating sis really durrable. I've posted Pic's befor. I'm about to do a TMaxx Chassis later 2nite or this weekend.

Another semi-old thread revival under my belt :)

Any ideas on how to make the aluminum look better if its pitted? I honestly dont think that I left the cleaner on too long, more like heat up the chassis, spray on, wait 30 seconds, wipe off under warm water.

I've revealed 2 areas of pitting on the chassis...........if I left it on too long, I figured the whole thing would be messed up.

Anyway, the pitting is there........any suggestions on how to fix it? Ill even take just make it look better (it doesn't look that bad now, but of course it had to be on the undercarriage, which is what you see mostly on my Maxx considering its upside down half the time).

Thanks in advance!!!
-Chris
