I received this engine mount with a broken 3mm bolt in it.
I want to remove it I guess a Spiral-Tapered Extractor might do it?

Yes, Use a good quality bit to pilot step up and extractor and make your life easier with it. I’ve never had good luck with cheap extractors especially on steel bolts and aluminum housings.
i don't have any extractors and i'm not if i should buy them individual or buy a kit, i don't need this engine mount right now and so i got time to buy what i need. i do have some good new drill bits starting at 1mm and 1.5mm and so on, so all i need is the extractor.

Is that a Savage engine mount?
It looks just like the one I've got in front of me except for an additional bolt hole(?).
The one not in the corner.

Does the bolt hole (with the broken bolt) extend all the way through the mount (can you get at it from the backside)?
My Savage engine mount is threaded completely through top to bottom and if I was in your position,
I would try heating that corner (to soften/break the thread-lock) and then run a 2.5mm drill bit in through the bottom.
You might be able to get enough purchase to spin the broken bolt out through the top.

Regardless of your attack angle and process, I'd still use some heat.

Good bits are always nice to have. But you will likely be spending more on the extractor than the mount itself. Hopefully you can still find one.

yeah man i took a look in my rc folder here is a pic.

yeah mate i will attempt to drill a hole from there, the thing is the thread is only tapered half way so i can always tap a thread all the way through and put in a longer bolt if needed.

this engine was made in Japan and only has "power racing" on it and has a HPI pull start.
i have taken the cooling head & back plate off and the engine is near new and tight, the head button and cooling fins are all one piece.

i got six O.S carbs to dismantle and clean...that should be joy.
