What would you say is your must haves to bring along for race days? Obviously batteries, fuel, chargers, tools, etc but what spare parts or other things would you recommend someone stocks up on for running a nitro all weekend? Just want to be as prepared as I can. There’s no guarantee there will be access to parts.

It may already be in your head, but since you didn't mention them.
Table and chair
Rags/paper towels
A tray of some sort to hold parts.
As for tools, you'll figure out what you need to add as it goes.

Parts:
I've always been rough on stuff at the pointy end of the car - like the front lower suspension arms and uprights.
I carry an extra dog-bone / driveshaft or two.
I also like to keep a diff that's ready to go on hand.

Glow plugs, air filters, tires, hardware assortment, maybe a set of arms, bones...
SUNSCREEN! Pop up awning thing too.
Power strip and an extension.
Bring a friend to hang out with and might be able to help you out trackside.
Cooler full of cold drinks and snacks if allowed.
