I want to tighten up one of the sticks on my DXS transmitter. The manual says to remove the back by removing six screws, then use the adjustment screws inside to adjust respective stick tension.

Sounds simple enough. But ... I cannot get the back off. I removed all six screws, but the back is binding at the top and will not come off. (The bottom lifts off fine.) I can't figure out what is binding at the top. I watched a Youtube video and the guy simply removed the screws, and the back came right off. Mine won't do so.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks

Aren't these the 6 screw holes?

Yes, there are. I finally got it open. I had removed the six screws but the back would not come off. I had to do some gentle prying near the top, that was all.

I tried to delete the entire thread, but apparently you cannot delete a thread once you have created it. Sorry.

And thanks for the prompt response.

Yeup, adjusted mine that way. took off the grips, I did the throttle so its not to fast, added some tension. Gotta be careful adjusting, you can loose the springs and screws if you go too far one way or the other.
