I got a Hobbico 133 oz servo for the steering today (LHS was out of Hitecs but this was almost exactly the same) and decided to put the old 80 oz servo on as throttle/brake. Since it has that much torque, I decided to put on a throttle return spring (the failsafe kind). Well when it's taut enough to return the throttle, the servo kinda bogs a little. I just wanted to know how much bog was ok before I needed to start worrying about damage to the servo.

Right in the middle when you see the servo twitch I did it intentionally.

Yeah it works awesomely right now but I wanted to know if that extra weight on it will cause damage over time.

I think you should be just fine those return springs are not that strong, and of it will turn some big wheels I don't think it's going to have to much trouble with the throtle and brake duties...
