i just got back into this hobby and got a xtm xt2 in pieces. i have never had a nitro before and the cylinder looks great but all of the head blots were loose so i tightened it up. I'm just curious how hard it should turn over.

Heat the head and block with a hair drier and loosen the glow plug when you start it. Just remember to tighten the plug back up as soon as it starts.

Depends on the condition. These guys described how a new or flooded engine feels.

it seems like it low hrs. the guy that had it before me took the wing off and flipped it and broke the top fin off of the head so i bought a new one. i'm just waiting on a new glow plug starter to get here. i guess we will see how it runs.
