You can also help get it over by the way you attack the jump/ramp. Just before you get to the jump, let off the throttle then nail it again just before the truck reaches the peak of it.
Backing off the throttle when the truck begins it's way up the ramp will allow the front springs to compress more because there will be less weight at the rear because you are not accelerating. The key here is to pack as much compression into the front springs as possible so you can get the most out of them during rebound. When you nail the throttle just as the truck peaks on the ramp you are effectively moving more weight to the back of the truck at the same time the front springs are beginning to rebound. Keep your finger in the gas as it's in the air and you should see some improvement.
