What is a "big motor gear"? Are you saying you want to put a 20T pinion gear on your motor? That should be as simple as loosing a grub screw, removing the pinion gear, sliding on a new pinion gear, and then tightening the grub screw back down.

16t to 20t is a hella-jump up, keep an eye on your motor and esc temps.
