Not sure you can get both. Tall tires generally have a lot of sidwall which makes them more likely to be balloons at speed. That's why 40's kind of exist. Lets you get a larger diameter tire for smoothness and handling, but with less sidewall so it doesn't wander as bad at speed.Something tall an not so ballon like more of a box.
For a basher, sidewall helps with the big air. A bit of cushion for the landings so the shocks don't have to absorb every hit.
Muggy tires are pretty nice for general bashing (not on concrete, wear too quick), but I'm not sure what's good for actual racing.
