Have you ever felt this stupid?

So last night my girl made me use q tips to clean out my ears. I never do cause YOUR NOT SUPPOSE TO! Anyway I put it in to far it hurt I pull it out and there is no cotton on it..... So I am thinking cool I have the tip stuck in my ear somewhere. I had my girl look and she couldnt see it at all so me being all worried and googled it and if it gets to your ear drum or gets bacteria it will make you deaf. The ER said this happens more often than you would think so dont feel bad haha. I wait in the ER for 3 hours they finally take me back and 2 doctors look in my ear and dont see it at all. They said i can see your ear drum and the ear canal and i dont see any cotton at all so its not in there. That side must not have had cotton on it I guess but i did irritate my ear canal with the stick and made it bleed. So now to prevent infection i have to use these wonderful ear drops every 6 hours for 7 days. This is on top of the worst cold i have ever had.

DONT USE Q TIPS IN YOUR EARS!!!!

Damn bro it's your ears that need cleaning, not your brain.

I clean my ears regularly since I had a clot in my ear a few years ago. It's damn hard to play the trumpet with one ear out.

A guy where I worked in Florida had that happen to him. The cotton came off the end, went in to his ear canal, only he ignored it. About two days later the side of his head was swollen like a balloon, and he was in a lot of pain. He too went to the er where they removed it and gave him something for the infection.

I can say i have cleaned my ears with Q-tips my whole life and have never had this problem, Knock on wood, LOL!!!! Man you got some kind of luck Brandon, LOL!!! get better you got a comp to go to on Saturday....

Ya it sucks lol. I really hope its not in there and they missed it or something but he said he could see my ear drum and everything so I guess there wouldnt be anywhere else for it to go.
