First run!

I think we were let down by the tires. No matter! I found out that our Unlimited Class here indeed has limits; 1.9" tire. So the new 2.2 Ruptures I just bought are going on this bad boy!

They're much softer and come with a more compliant foam than the Pit Bulls.

Once I get some more bench time that'll be the next step.

Even new tires need some break in before they work well.
100%

I've had these since last year.

- At the indoor crawl center 👎🏼
- When climbs get real technical 👎🏼👍🏼
- Looks department 👍🏻👍🏻🦶🏼🦶🏼

I wanted to give them the best possible chance so Saturday night I left them in an overnight soak of watered down SG with a set of JCI's.

I think that's the second or third soak for the Pit Bulls so there about as soft as they'll ever be.

I have some Rockers in a 1.7 and a 1.0; they work really good! I had high hopes for these but it's okay, not every tire is great at everything.

We're constantly trying to find the best one while compromising the least 😉

So I got the 2.2s on. BEC installed along with swapping in the correct transmission.

Let's take a peek.

1.9

I didn't have the battery in but I do expect the side to side 50/50 to come back.

Swapping the transmission and wheels changed the overall weight; it's a bit lighter but gained more front bias ❤️

Last thing is to pull the springs; they're essentially fully compressed anyway.

Quarry run coming ASAP
