Ok i got my losi xxx-nt to run. It ran fine and started easily for 2 days after i got it fixed. Now today, i went to start it and the pull start wasent doing anything. There was no resistance. When i take off the glow plug i pull the starter and it pops and there is some resistance on the cord. When i put my finger over the hole, there is plenty of compression and the cord has resistance. But when i put my plug in, there is nothing. What do you think i should do? i tried two different plugs.

You probably need to check your one way bearing. Its probably covered in oil making it slip. Clean it up with some denatured alcohol and put it back together and see what you got.

Hey thanks twisted25 that did the trick, it started right away!

How often should i need to clean that? Because I am having to clean it after every run. Now even after i have cleaned it, it is still slipping. I cleaned that thing to a polish, and it still isnt catching. What do you think i should do now?

Ok i got my one way beariung fixed, but now, truck wont start, again,:flaming:, could some on tell me what the lsn is supposed to be at? The high speed needle is set at 2 1/2 and i have it so that the carb is about 1 to 1 1/2mm open at idell, it stays open about 1mm when i hit the brake. Fuel is going to the carb because it floods after a while of pulling. the glow plug is fine and so is the starter because i put a brand new glow plug in, and a brand new battery in and that didnt do anyting. There are no pin holes or anything in the lines. Is the lsn supposed to be at 2, 2 1/2, 3, 31/2, 4?

I believe that the Low speed needle is supposed to be about 1/16th of an inch out.

I don't know how many turns that would be just get a ruler and kinda guestimate it.
