I got this Deadbolt for Christmas today, I am going to order some parts to upgrade it and lower the CG.

Any ideas on which parts to mod it with?

Looks great pug. Nicely done. I have to remind myself how young you are sometimes. You're going to be an RC Jedi by the time you reach your 30's.

Does that make @Pat_ranch Yoda?

Brass wheel weights! (Please ignore the broken link and disconnected driveshaft, it fell off a table and broke, I need to print a new link once I fix my printer)

Cool, the wheel weights will help a lot. :thumbs-up:
You should notice that it'll stay planted better, thus not rolling sideways as often now.

I would recommend only using the brass cover in the front, to make the weight distribution more forward bias. Add the rear diff cover if you decide to go with brass steering knuckles. Or give that diff cover to your brother for the front of his C10, if he doesn't have one.

I notice you still got your shock springs on. Try it without the springs. It'll lower the center of gravity, and will make a difference in steep descents/assents and sidehilling.

Bro, not trying to burst your bubble. I am sure those diff covers are more than fine. But the machining looks terrible. This is great machining 😉
