Glow Plug Ignitor

I bought a dynamite brand rechargable glow plug ignitor. Not only does it have a nifty little voltage needle that not only gives you a rough idea of the charge state of the battery if it goes completely dead all of a sudden then its telling you that your glow plug is bad and it isnt igniting. On top of that you can replace the battery in it. I took the 1800mAh battery out of it and ordered a 4200mAh sub C to put in its place. Thing lasts forever now :)

Looks like theyve updated it since i bought one. It comes with a 2600mAh battery now.

I just bought one similar to that :) I thought it would be a good idea as I can just keep replacing the aa battery, whereas my old one had to be charged all the time n would slowly get worse!

I just got the big red OFNA glow igniter, its big, takes D size alkaline or rechargeable batteries, needs a separate charger though but I wanted 1.5v not 1.2v.
There is also a C size OFNA glow igniter thats slightly smaller.
Mine feels pretty well made & from what I have read & been told, they are a good long lasting igniter, they don't cost a lot either.

Also, some of the twist lock igniters will not fit on all glow plugs, there is not enough room for them to twist onto some of them, like the O'Donnell plug I think.
