Hello fellow RC peeps!
Hoping to get a few suggestions on a problem I'm facing. I broke the wing mount on my Kraton 6s. The screw tip snapped off inside the gearbox threading. While removing it, I also managed to take off the corner piece of the gearbox exposing the threads (see pic, right side).

My question is do I...
A: Use my spare gearbox fixing the issue (Would rather not use a spare part if I don't have to)
B: Drill a new hole in the gearbox and a matching hole in the shock tower
C: Attempt to fill the hole around a new screw
D: Open to any and all suggestions.

Thank you!

If you want to be cheap, swap the outdrives to opposite sides to wear em out on the other side. Take the driver side and move it to the passenger side. You can at least beat up on the portion that has no damage. I would opt for replacing them all together and rotate the new stuff when you notice they are getting worn.

Thank you all for the responses. I'm going to go with the majority (if not all) of the responses and just replace the gearbox with my spare. I have some outdrives on the way as well. So new gearbox, set of outdrives and wing mount. Will be ready to get back at it soon enough.
