Saved this! Thanks! I was wondering if there was a site to play with gearing/kv for motors.
The kit comes with a 24T/48P pinion gear, so I was going to with "backwards" with that info for notice size and such. I'd like to run it 3S.
There are calculators on google play.Saved this! Thanks! I was wondering if there was a site to play with gearing/kv for motors.

Use whatever water displacing spray that fancies you. There is one thing i need to ask.
After a first wash (just a shower)
all the screws are....become rusty... it doesn't look ok to me. Could you tell me how you avoid this?

Just noticed this. One is a cheap chinese car.... DON'T BUY A CHEAP CHINESE KNOCK OFF CAR!!!
You will be forever replacing the cheap knock off parts until you give up on it.
Oh, my friend. you can check a few posts ago what i already replace it with )What do you think you'll replace it with?

So i'm looking for a new SSTE now as a second car to have a fun together
it's completely differend pleasure to take this apart )Totally different quality though, right?
right. but i'm looking for compatible diameter range. Most 1/8 scale RCs seem to run motors around 2000kv, and generally have a 6S capable ESC in the 150A-200A range.
This is true for my Traxxas Summit, E-Maxx and both of my 1/8 Corally models.
You will want at least a 4274 size motor in the 2000kv range for that 1/8 truggy.BTW. regarding SSTE>>>
Can someone PLEASE tell me a compatible motor size rage?
I couldn't find information apart "1/8 scale motor 1million amps ESC"
just trying to see overall cost of it and room for upgrade
(i hate this hobby!!! i do already lose a good half of my sitting room to have a desk to maintanence and repair cars...chargers, batteries...aaa. i need a bigger house)
