I'm a big movie buff and I love the car chase scenes in a lot of movies. I am going to periodically post my favorites here, as I rewatch them. Please share yours as well if you have any good ones. Make sure to post a clip if you can.

By the way guys... if you haven't seen it, check out the movie Baby Driver. It's sooo good.

Currently watching The Bourne Identity. The chase scene involves a badass little banged up Mini being chased by the French police. It has some really crazy stunts, a ton of near misses, and crashes that took some serious thought to make sure things happened correctly. I love it.

Dirty Harry, Deadpool

I just watched all the Dirty Harry movies not too long ago. Great flicks.

Here's the opening scene to Baby Driver. Just one of the chase scenes.

Not a car chase per se but in my 9 year old mind it was the most amazing things I ever saw.
Hooper and Stroker Ace - My dad loved those movies. So I grew up watching all the old Burt Reynolds stuff.

Bullett, the 68 stang vs the Dodge charger, any Chips chase scene, Magnum Pie, had some also.

Hey Jim, you're aware that Nic Cage's GI60S is a remake, right? The original Eleanor was a '72 Mustang made up with a '73 grille, and was billed as the longest and one of the best chase scenes in movie history. I learned all about it when I first got my '71 Mach 1. Although the 2nd Eleanor is a cool car in its own right, I'm so tired of seeing the clones - it's just a '68 Shelby GT500 that's been warmed up for the movie... and now everybody has to have one whether they bastardize a legit Shelby, or make a faux Shelby with the body kits. I almost puke a little every time I see one or when someone almost pisses themselves when they see one.

The first half of the movie plays like an old pr0n movie, ('70s acting, LOL!!), but the chase scenes are solid, with H.B. Halicki doing all of the driving in the Mustang, and all with just one car. He only had 3 total.

yeh i know its a remake ...... and am well aware that the 500 is now in a bastardized form of what it once was ...... I'm not a massive ford fan ... but do like the old ford stuff pre late 80s (in my mind the 60s were the goat) .... but none the less ...... any muscle car from the 60-70s era is always wayyy cool in the og form !!!!

A CHiPs like crash is what ended my career with a broken neck. I was chasing a bank robbery suspect that had just happened. Little old lady pulled out in front of me and I pinwheeled over her hood. Landing on a sidewalk under an 850 pound Harley Roadking isn't a good time.
