Element gatekeeper

This just in........... fedex just dropped my gatekeeper off. First impressions are good. I do have to modify it slightly to fit my regular stick packs as I don't have any shorties. I've already figured it out so that I retain the body and so it still looks stock. I'll post a few pics when I do it. Just excited to get it out and run it.

He may be evil but he's my kind of people. Love the absolute control of the gatekeeper. Only wish the front diff was open for turning on pavement. Overall very pleased with it @Doom!. I was a little hesitant because of how the dr10s performed out of box but these are top notch no issues. Love this thing.

Picked up my GATEKEEPER a short time around at my local HOBBY HOUSE . Am now working on upgrading the servos on my REDCAT / DANCHEE RIDGEROCK. Am going to see how up higher torque, faster responding servos affect its' FOUR WHEEL STEERING . Would love to see REDCAT bring back the 4WS/4Wd CLAWBACK https://www.rcppros.com/index.php/r...ctric-2-4ghz-red-redclawback-crawler-red.html. Has anyone ever converted a TRAXXAS SUMMIT to FOUR WHEEL STEERING ?

I've already started looking at doing 4 heel steering on my gatekeeper just for grins. Seems it would be easy enough to do really. Having a centered axle front and rear makes it look simple enough. Never really messed with 4 wheel steering though. Even my clodbuster was locked when I built it. Could prove interesting. On a side note looking at the cen f450 I just got I'm looking at stretching the chassis and building a full function roll back on it. Thwt could be a lot of fun as well

Happy to see another Gatekeeper owner around here. Just about got my Gatekeeper kit finished, was working on installing my Axe 2700kv system over the weekend. Also waiting on warmer weather to paint my panels, Still needing some good wheels and tires and a better servo....

I'm working on putting cheap Amazon beadlocks and proline super swamper tires on mine. I just ordered new driveshafts and the stock ones are extremely soft aluminum. The center extender is already chewed up for getting hung up on a railroad tie in my yard

I order up a set of Pit Bull Rock Beasts for mine this morning... still looking at beadlocks. need to figure out what color I'm painting in first so the wheel can match
