No battery. The rear is 110g different side to side.

First mod. Cut a piece of 5x3mm carbon fiber tube to go across between the two shock towers. Used the body post holes & a pc of M3 SS threaded rod, goes all the way through. I noticed the towers flexed & this stiffened them up, alot. Already had the tube & hardware. Threaded rod was $6. Clears the servo.

those shock towers were a pain for me
the little metal square that the shock screw threads thru? mine popped off and out multiple times. was brutal. i ended up changing towers pretty quickly because of it.

Got it! This mod cost me $6 bucks. I have more of the CF tube & can put another pc between the two inserts F&R to keep that from happening.

Yeah that would work great it just needed a backer to secure it. It just resting in the slot and with the amount of bouncing mine did with the full droop wasn't a good combo

Cool. I'm not gonna go full droop. Gonna stay more like a trail/woods truck. I'm not worried about rock crawling. I'll share the results when I secure the metal inserts in the hoops. 👊

I'm just curious. How do or did they pop out if they are pulled into the plastic cavity & held in thru with the shock screw? Do the screws work loose?

well... I'm ridiculously rough on my truck, 12 foot drops are not uncommon.....
i tried to find the exacrt post i made about the issue but I'm stoned and can't locate it i keep getting side tracked.
but it fell outon a trail walk once, it doesn't secure by itself, it relies on the shock to pull it thru from the inside to the outside and theres a lip preventing it from pulling thru
apparently that lip isnt on the inside and its able to just pop free. @doom helped me thru my issue. but again. i am not afraid to let mine drop 12 feet to the ground then throw it back on to try again.
its seems if i remember correctly to have happened twice on me, making my truck undriveable for weeks while waiting on parts .

see on the backside here?

in the above photo you can see how without the shock to holld it in place it will just pop right out. i guess my nut backed off while runningallowing the shock to hang freely. then i continued to drive untill i realizedsomething wasn't right, by then was no way of finding that little fella

Does it come with preset sounds or can you download them or both?

nah it comes blank i believe, but you connect it to the laptop and it takes you to the store to download sounds, its all free, can have 2 saved programs, so in the video i had it on setting 2, when i put it in old man i long press to switch it to preset 1 and now its got the loped out chug instead of that high pitched scream,
its got horn sounds as well, THOSE you can customise, for awhile i had trump saying you're fired as my horn! lolol
