man your ecto looks so different than mine!!
mines so dirty lol, even after I've cleaned it, yours still looks brand new! wow. that anvil looks great on it. and the reciever body mounts???? yeah ima steal that idea lol

Looks RAD, nice work
I agree. That body is pretty cool looking! Worth the search! 😎
Thanks fellas! I've found this  way more satisfying wrenching & modding than my big 6s rigs. Ecto sat on the shelf for 6 months after many outings. Just got finished adding rock slider bars w/ parts I had in my bins.

Added a fuel cell & front aluminum servo tray to the rear bed. Made some rock sliders out of carbon fiber tube I had from another build. Don't know if they will do much, but they are there & look cool. Attached w/ nylon straps. Really tight, they can move slightly. Actually might be a good thing. Cut some 0.060" Kydex for some inner fender panels. Also left over from another. Not screw mounted, just sticky dots for now. Easy removal. The fuel cell is a receiver box, empty. Drilled < tapped M3s in the aluminum tray this morning to mount it. Perfect fit. Body doesn't even need clips in the rear

This is the one that fits. Second pic is the dimensions. There is a shorter one, too short. I bought mine from a USA seller, out of stock, this link is CHN but you can see what works.

Machined some aluminum body posts to accept an O-ring to waterproof the post. Spun ground the M3 button heads down to fit. They rest against the side & bottom of the box, securely, much more ridged than the plastic ones with no O-rings. Also provides more room in the receiver box for a new receiver. Slotted the end for the ESC & servo cables & added grommets & cut one end out. Maybe that will be waterproof enough.
