Electric rc

Ok so i have a tmaxx 2.5 and i want to get an electric rc i was wondering if i should convert the tmaxx to electric or buy a new electric rc i just want it waterproof and whatever is cheaper the conversion or new truck

In my opion i would buy an electric keep your t maxx.That way you can switch off when you get tired of charging batteries.(Remember he who dies with the most toys wins)
