if you go to the date pole on page 3 where destrucktomaxx came in you'll see he was named o.s.e.c then go to page 9 of this and read again from where he came in and you should get want we're talking about

Ok fellas, the confusion comes from cross threading. Something that was said in the "Poll Thread" was brought over here and I sort of ran with it. If the post in question within that thread does not strike you it's because you either missed the whole "OZEC" thing or simply havn't been around long enough. No tryin to keep anybody out of the loop... but it is kind of a lot to explain.
