Cantilever suspension came, no instructions with it and a little confusion was had, especially with my brain not working 100%, i manage to flip it, so its forward facing, using some shock keys bolted to the frame, the TRX4 sits a bit more level, and i think there is a bit more down travel, I'm happy with the outcome, i can also make a rear bed or tub now.

This was just a cheap kit from China, £22, it may be cheap, but the rocker arms have bearings in them, you get 2 new shocks with the kit, but they need oil, i didn't have any, so the oem ones went on, pretty impressed with how it all works, depending on how high you mount the top of the front shock, sets your ride height and travel.

Thanks, took it a test run earlier, can confirm the rear sits lower, the lack of a rear end always left it sitting high before, under its own weight I've set it up to sit about halfway through the shock travel, the rear lifts a bit higher than before, and also droops more than before.

Fitted my spare Hobbywing 1080, to run the servo winch at 7.4v, also got a magnetic body mount and light connector, so no more having to unplug wires when i take the body off.

All working good bud, I've had it out a few times, in deep wet mud and all bearing are holding up fine.
It now has a rear winch and DIY recovery truck build.

How does the Fusion compare to a brushed motor?

I'm currently running the 1080 with a HH Trailmaster Sport and debating between a HH Crawlmaster Magnum (brushed) or the HW Fusion Pro 2300Kv.

RC Girl put a 1800 in here TRX4 a while ago. Maybe she can help you decide.
If I do a motor upgrade to mine, I will probably go with a fusion.

The Fusion has way more slow control, also has anti stall, I've no complaints, I've had it in water, dirt and sand. its still working as it should.

Glad to see you posting again. How are you doing? They get any of that medical crap you were going through figured out? I sure hope so.

Thanks for asking, i tend not to post about my health, some folk see it as a " look at me" type of thing. however ill do my best to give you an update.

Still got more test to do, I've had a CT scan already, and going for a MRI scan on the 15th of this month, I've now got nerve damage down the left side of my body, its still works, but i have patches of numbness, my memory is getting worse, if i havnt seen someone for a while, i forget there name, I'm also forgetting how to spell some words too,

Things are getting bad, I've been dropped from the mental health specialist, as she said she can't do anymore, I've been left to deal with it on my own.

Sorry to hear about that. Hang in there and hopefully someone figures something out. I been through and seen some stuff, but I csnt imagine what your going through. This is your thread so post what you want.

Thanks, I'm not the type of person that talks, unless asked, just like most men, we don't know how to talk about mental health.

The cantilever suspension seems to help if I'm pulling something, it compresses well, also, all the weight is up front.

This whole build is just inspiring. One of the coolest looking trucks I have seen like this. I am in small scale mode again and just sitting here thinking how cool it would be to see this build in a 24th scale.
