If you have a place that runs class 2 for 1/24 scale it gonna be worth a trip to go down and talk to someone to find out what their rules allow. As all the smaller scales come down to a local interpretation. You can be sure the fancy stuff like dig, 4ws and tires over 58mm are probably out.
I have looked at that chassis before, it has a lot going for it. Should be a fun build...make sure we get some pics as you go!

Capable of, not exclusively. Mostly want to play with it.

I'm seriously looking at the meus mb24.

You will not be disappointed with the MB24 at all! I would highly recommend the Meus iso straight axles for this little guy

If your just looking for a capable Ready To Run rig to play with, I would highly recommend the Redcat Ascent 18 Apex or the Hobby Plus CR18p Juice up. Both are great performers right out of the box. With a few mods they are excellent.
