Cross RC Portal 6x6 crawler soon coming?

Looks like we will have a Cross 6x6 at some point. Saw this browsing eBay https://www.ebay.com/itm/324789811766?hash=item4b9efb3a36:g:V94AAOSwYixhTsrq

It’s not out yet so that’s why there’s an inflated price on this one and it’s in China. No web info and it’s not one of their military vehicles with a different body. I suspect when we do see it the price will be 75$ or so less than the trx6.

Pretty much exacting specs to the trx6 but their take on it. Portals, 2 speed, unlocking difs etc. How about the bump steer absorbing link. It’s like “well we got it the best we can so just put a shock in there”. Kind of wish they made a capable 6x6 with out it weighing so much. I love my trx6 but the only thing it does very well is climb and that only if you can get passed the huge bumper. To make it great you need to loose all the bulk and over hang.

Wanted to update this thread. The pic above was indeed titled for Cross RC but now turns out that YiKong is putting it out. It’s called the Huntsman 6x6. eBay and some of the Chinese sites have them. Yiking seems to make really nice crawlers but not much parts support in the states but wildly popular in Asia. Anyways if you do a search for YiKong Huntsman yk6101 you will find some info and really nice videos of it in action. The body is amazing and even has an interior...

Thanks I appreciate the compliment it has been a fun build so far . I’ve added a bunch of mods to it since these pictures ,I’ll have to add them later just waiting on my 18 channel radio to start setting the beast up .
