Does anybody have any experience with this? I've noticed via google search that there are quite a few people who swear by it for waterproofing their electronics.

Corrosion Protection and Rust Preventive Coating

Due to Polar Bonding, CorrosionX causes common metals and metal alloys such as iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, etc. to chemically behave more like noble metals such as gold and platinum. In other words, as long as CorrosionX is present on metal, it can't rust or corrode! CorrosionX also has a dielectric characteristic, so it's safe on electronics and completely shuts down electrolysis between dissimilar metals.

I have no experience with that, but I know nitro heli guys that stuff their electronics with dialectric grease to prevent the nitro sludge from getting in there and corroding the sensitive stuff.

i was looking up that the other week after reading an old post, but haven't come across a recent post or people still using it.
3M makes a clear product that brushes on electrics, plasti dip just looks horrible.

Well, when I get my Flux, I'm ordering some of this stuff. So I guess that means I'll be the guinea pig. I'm not looking for submerged use, I just want to make sure if I want to fly through a puddle, or play in the mud or snow that I won't have to worry about frying the electronics. From what I've seen and read, this it the best way to go.

i wouldn't have the guts either, i would try on an old remote control for the tv or girlfriends phone first lol, but i would still be scared of doing it to an esc.
good luck i hope it works. kudos to you for being the guinea pig.

I've seen enough reports that it does work, so I'm pretty confident.

I haven't used it yet but hear amazing things. Been in touch with a guy named Ben Mois, does a lot of custom rc boat stuff and swears by it for use on all electronics. I'm waiting to hear back from him on more detail, hes helping me upgrade my vector sr48 to a super boat. He soaks his driveshaft in the stuff. I ordered a big can of it. It's apparently electronic safe, no vocs so doesn't eat up plastics. I'll post again when I get more info.
