It depends on several factors.
If there are several instances of the .dll running in your task manager only ONE of them is real- the others are spyware and must be removed. Likely in that case a spyware search will not produce results.
Being as the file is not a .dll but an .exe it has to be associated with a program that is running at that particular moment. Open your task manager and see what exactly you have running.
I have never seen a file present itself as that name and that leads me to believe some intelligent person made it that way so the less computer-knowledgeable people would simply believe that the file was a required system file and must be left alone. If you are feeling brave, just kill it in task manager and see if there are adverse effects of doing so.
