Yes that is a great charger. It will do just about anything you need it to do as well as balance lipos. The only thing I see about is depending on your lipo batteries you might need to get another adapter for the balance port....really cheap part though, I think I got mine for like $5. But regardless good choice!

Joey when u said the adapter is that the little board with the connections on them

Yeah the balance board is the adapter he was referring to. Charging LIPOs really isn't very different from charging other types of batteries. Set the charger for LIPO mode, connect the balancer and charge away. Just remember to read the battery and find out what the max charge rate is...and never exceed that. Typically it's 1C, which on say a 5000mah battery would be 5A. 3000mah battery would be 3A and so on and so forth.

As far as storing, the Hyperion should have a storage mode where it will discharge/charge the LIPO to @ 60% for storage automagically for you.

Alright the charger is on its way it comes with the balance board and i ordered some deans ultra connectors and i have a 30 and a 40 amp power supply which one should i use?

Depends on how many chargers you are hooking up. The Hyperion maxes out at 5A so either will power it just fine ;-)
