It will but I think it is borderline on 3000 mah. It will just take a little bit longer. I would go with the indy 16X7 if your budget can handle it. Excellent charger with a 5 year warranty

It will "do it" but not efficiently. The 959 only goes up to a 4.5 amp charge rate but since you are looking at a stick pack, you can get away with it. If it were GP3300 matched cells, I'd say no.
