Buying new egine, need quick response!!

I looking at this engine serio S18 for my rc10gt.....the guy said he paid eighty for it, and he told me to give him an offer he can't refuse!

is this a sweet engine, and how much should i ask it for??

BTW, it will work in my GT right???

Sirio's are strong engines overall. Chances are, though, you'll have to cut the crank to get it to fit in your GT, but that's not too tough to do.

Well, i got a second chance offer on the Serio TX.18 engine. For 75 bucks shipped! It will make the GT rear exaust i think? Will It work?

does anyone no of a an engine that is rear exaust that will fit and work in the gt. It will make the pipe come out the back.

OK no one is answering because "it depends."

You've already stated the engine sells for $350. Why is someone selling you "NIB" for $75?

I bought a "NIB" a while back that had a bent crank. NIB my ass. He did return $$ so it's all good, I guess. Just because they have the box doesn't mean it hasn't been dorked.

So tread carefully grasshopper. Make sure you get solid contacts on the guy and are sure what you're doing. A GT uses a side exhaust, but I'm pretty sure you can **probably** find a rear exhaust header and pipe for it. But a Sirio .18 for $75? <red flags are up>
