So I've been looking for some new 2/3A cells and I ran upon these at AMain.

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/products_id/33009

They are AMain branded cells but I kind of have the feeling they are actually IB1400's. The AMain brand cells also come in 1600mah version and Intellect makes/made both of those capacities. Now my question is IF they are indeed IB... are they below average cells? is that why they sell them as "Brand X". When you break it down they're still not cheap at 2.75/cell but a far cry from what the newer IB1600 cells are going for. Unfortunately, Promatch is out of stock of their EB1500's and won't get them in for at least 3 more weeks and I intend to get to the track before then even though their price per cell is outstanding.

I have heard that places like Amain buy the cells in bulk and are able to put their own labels on them. Like the packs I have for my 18T.... they are labeled Reedy but if you remove the label they are just Intellect cells. I wouldn't think they are "sub standard"... I do believe they just buy the cells in bulk and are allowed to put their name on them. Again... it is just what I have been told, I don't have 100% carnal knowledge.

Yeah, I know many companies rebadge stuff, but these look generic and dont have the Intellect wrap on them.
