I'm thinking about a Castle Censored brushless system. Holmes Hobbies motor and Hobbywing ESCs I have in all my 1/10 crawlers but I want to change it up this time.

Why not try the Hobbywing Fusion Pro? Fairly cheap, and a great crawler motor from what I've seen. Plus no ESC to wire up.

I was looking at that, nothing is chiseled in stone.
Looks like it would perform quite well.

Yes, I'm going with the Hobbywing fusion Pro.

@Xraycer has one I believe.

OK @Xraycer , talk to me.
That Asian crawler guru on YT said in one of his videos that the Fusion Pro and a Holmes hobby setup (can't remember what ESC) were the two best crawler motors out there at one point. And THE HW has that FOC technology just like the Furitek stuff does. So it has to be pretty darned awesome.

I have the Fusion Pro in my Ecto, really nice, easy to install and performs like a champ. :thumbs-up: I bought mine per @Xraycer 's suggestion.

I have it in my Scout. Love it!

Oh yeah, I remember that video. I'm sold.

i have 2 of the fusion pros i love em, amazing motors,

it crawls and will rip up a trail in a heartbeat.
both of mine are the 2300kv
Awesome, thanks for sharing bud.

My friend, @urijahmiller had a fusion SE pro in his Gen9 trail truck, he didn't like that it was really slow for a trail truck, but it would be good in a crawler
Agreed. Great for precision crawling, but lack speed.

I can't walk fast enough to catch any crawler with a bit of speed nor even walk any distance.
Slow will work perfect for me.
It should have plenty of speed for ya, TP. I'm fine with it.
