Hey guys wassup today and tomorrow at our local airstrip is the Big Bird Fly In, so i loaded up my digi cam, vid cam, plane and controller and headed out to the strip, there was over 60 Big Birds there from Bi Planes to 1/3rd scale .60 size aircraft, those are some bigass planes, compared to my little .40 size plane, which i had someone offer me cash for it today and i jumped on it, i know i know you guys really wanted to see vid of me flying it but to me it was way to pretty looking of a plane for me to get it up there and possible bring it down in pieces, so i jumped on the offer, it went to someone with way more experience then me and patience, but being there brought a whole new understanding of what it takes to get these things up there and keep them up there especially the large scale planes. But i did take some pics of what was there so here they are.

Ah, just messin' with ya! Glad you had a brief chance to get it up, though! You got a great price for it, that's for sure!

I know you are bro, i had it up for a few and brought it back safely and thats all i needed, my nerves were freaking me out to much while it was up so i made the decision just to calm my nerves and sell it, plus for that price i couldnt pass it up, i needed the extra $$$ for my up and coming new project so i have a good jump on it with these funds.

Here are a couple more shots from sunday's outing, enjoy!

What happened to the pics???

Sorry to hear you sold your plane.
Those are some big aircraft, aren't they?

I went out to our field Sunday. Most of the guys there fly .40 or .60 size.
One guy was tearing it up with a little brushless electric. Straight up vertical. Trips me out how far these have came in the last few years.

Had a good time, hope to get a couple of my planes back in the air this year.

Almost forgot... I lost my bashing site. Haven't had anyone to bash with either. There was a guy I went to school with there. Hadn't seen him for years. He is talking about making an offroad track. Hope to try it before long.

I dont know what happened to the pics:ponder2: , hey MODS care to enlighten use a little? they are some huge aircraft some of them having wingspans of 80" or more and up to 115cc 19 hp engines just incrediable how they flick these things around in the sky!
